What a great store! I have made two purchases from this store and both times they bent over backwards to help me. They delivered when they said they would and were on time to the minute! This is how a business should be run. I highly recommend this store.

We have been doing business with Bates furniture for years. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. Good selection of furniture and they can get just about anything you would want. They deliver a good ways outside of Conway as well.
